Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many items are made to order, colors, placement, and print appearance may vary slightly from product photos. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products, pricing, or availability at any time.

Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including size, color, style, personalization, shipping address, and quantity.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, product availability issue, or other problem that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

Made-to-order items
Many products are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, will be shown during checkout.

Shipping and delivery
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. PNW Prints & More is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect address was provided.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order.

Product care
Customers should follow any provided washing and care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or other misuse after delivery.

Intellectual property
All website content, branding, photographs, product images, graphics, text, and original designs owned by PNW Prints & More may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Third-party artwork and designs remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used as needed to process orders, provide customer service, and operate the store.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PNW Prints & More is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses related to use of the website or products.
