Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
During busy seasons, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is available at the rate shown during checkout. Expedited shipping may also be available.
Choosing expedited shipping only speeds up the carrier transit time and does not shorten the production or processing time for made-to-order items.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
PNW Prints & More is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or defective items will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
